An Ordinary Evening in Little Rock
On September 27, 1994, 28-year-old Lisa Ann Littles, known to the people close to her as “B.J.,” was at MacArthur Park in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. Nothing about that evening suggested that it would become the last time anyone could account for her.
Lisa was sitting inside a vehicle with an acquaintance when, according to the account later given to authorities, the two became involved in an argument. At some point, the situation appeared to settle down. Lisa got out of the vehicle and walked toward a restroom inside the park.
It should have been a brief walk.
But Lisa never returned.
Fifteen Minutes Changed Everything
After roughly fifteen minutes had passed, the person who had been with Lisa reportedly went looking for her. But wherever Lisa had gone, she was no longer there.
There was no known farewell and no clear indication that she planned to leave. She had not taken her belongings with her, and there was nothing to suggest that she intended to simply walk away from her life.
She had gone toward a restroom in a public park.
Then she disappeared.
What happened during those fifteen minutes remains one of the central unanswered questions in the case.
A Mystery With Few Answers
Lisa’s disappearance was eventually classified as an endangered missing-person case. Authorities have reportedly found no indication that she voluntarily left the area, yet more than three decades have passed without a confirmed sighting of her.
The identity of the acquaintance who was reportedly with Lisa that evening has also never been publicly disclosed by law enforcement. No one has been charged in connection with her disappearance.

She was last known to be wearing a white long-sleeved blouse featuring the University of Arkansas Razorbacks logo, burgundy pants, and black shoes.

Nearly 32 Years Later
September 2026 marks nearly 32 years since Lisa Ann “B.J.” Littles walked away from that vehicle at MacArthur Park.
